Great for Your Teeth
There are mixed opinions regarding the effects of oranges on dental wellness. One research suggests that, chewing oranges with your epidermis layer works as an organic stain remover for tooth. This keeps the tooth white and shiny. Also, oranges have acids that avoid bacteria from thriving in the mouth. Another research, on the other hand, says that this acid when absorbed in excess can erode the enamel of the tooth. Also, vegetables and fruits are known to contain organic sugars that are often harmful for the tooth, which cause decaying. It is therefore important that you brush your tooth after eating oranges, particularly at night so that it does not harm your tooth. However, oranges absorbed in moderation are ideal for the tooth and strengthens the jaw because of the chewy epidermis.
